Husband of the Year
I just have to dedicate this post to my amazing husband
because he is the most thoughtful, kind, and creative man I have ever met! I
knew he was the ultimate guy when I married him, but daily he never ceases to amaze
me with his charm and kindness.
When Brayden and I got married we were both in school and
didn’t have time to take a nice, long honeymoon like we would have liked. We told each other we would go on a
Caribbean cruise before he started medical school. With medical
school approaching soon and most of our savings being spent on getting into
school and a new baby, we concluded that the cruise would have to wait. I was
really disappointed so Brayden figured out a way to make it happen. Instead of the Caribbean, he took me to Paradise!

When I got home on Thursday Brayden escorted me to our cabin.
First activity for the evening was the formal dinner in the Tiki Lounge. So I put on the dress he had laid out for me and headed off to meet my husband in the Tiki Lounge.
{the atmosphere was more romantic than the picture shows-it was darker and there were candles and black lights}
Brayden made salmon for dinner and it was delicious.
Next on the itinerary was the comedy show held in the Laugh Center. Brayden pulled some strings and was able to get Ellen Degeneres. She put on a great show!
There was also a newlywed game scheduled, but we skipped that and went straight to the spa treatment. Brayden took me to the "beach" where he gave me a pedicure.
***See the beautiful blue clouds and palm tree for shade. There was also a sound machine making the waves of the ocean and a little heater that made the room feel like it was summer***
It was the perfect night and the best cruise I've ever been on! I am so blessed to have Brayden in my life!
WHAAAAT?!?!?! Who did he hire to pull this off? I never knew this "Brayden"...he is seriously whooped! Love this!
